Capstone Partners has advised Opnet Technologies (Opnet), a provider of software products and related services for managing networks and applications, on their sale to SQMWorks Inc. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Based out of Bethesda, MD Opnet develops products for application performance management, network engineering, operations, planning and network research and development. Opnet has also been recognized as a leader in the APM market.
