Capstone Partners advised Stellar Technology Solutions—a provider of philanthropic fiduciary enterprise SaaS and professional services—on its sale to Ren Inc. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The company offers the iPhiTM product suite, a web-based, enterprise level philanthropic management software for charitable organizations and financial institutions. Stellar’s iPhi software solutions power some of the largest and most well-respected community foundations, religious philanthropies and commercially sponsored donor advised funds (DAFs), planned giving, and endowment programs in the United States.
