Like many of our clients, we started as a small bootstrapped venture with five employees in a single office. Capstone Cares

In late 2019, Capstone Partners began a colleague-run charitable initiative. Capstone Cares focuses on helping children in need across the country, specifically in our footprint areas.

Capstone recognizes colleagues want to be active and feel more connected in their communities. The meaningful change in the lives of children and these philanthropic efforts have become the heart of our firm. Our approach to philanthropy takes many forms, including colleagues who contribute financially, matching gifts made by Capstone Partners, volunteer efforts, such as distributing shoes, site beautification and engaging in children’s summer camp activities. Additionally, colleagues donate items toward back-to-school and holiday drives. In exchange, colleagues receive paid time off for their volunteer efforts.

Individual contributions from Capstone colleagues, throughout all levels of the firm, make up the financial contributions across our national footprint. The firm matches every dollar contributed by its colleagues for a combined total of nearly $670,000 gifted to five non-profits. Annually, up to 75% of colleagues participate in Capstone Cares by making financial contributions, volunteering or both.
