Capstone has advised Cypress, a provider of content-management and output-management software, on their sale to ASG. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Some of Cypress’s software services include report distribution, output management, document archiving and retrieval, Web content delivery, document enhancement (including electronic forms and barcodes) and data mining. The products of Cypress will be placed within the ASG Information Management and Operations Management product lines.
