Capstone Partners Advises Antel International, Inc. on its Acquisition by Amphenol
Capstone Partners has advised Antel International Inc (Antel), who designs, manufactures and markets high performance antennas for base station and in-building wireless applications, on their sale to Amphenol. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Antel International Inc is a private company that prides themselves in their high performance antennas. Similarly Amphenol engages in the manufacture and supply of base station antennas and accessories in the United States and internationally.
