Capstone Partners Advised Global Power Equipment Group Inc. on its Sale of TOG to Doncasters

Capstone Partners served as exclusive financial advisor to Global Power Equipment Group Inc. in the sale of TOG Manufacturing Company, Inc. to United Kingdom-based Doncasters Group, a portfolio company of Dubai International Capital.

Global Power, with revenues of over $400 million, is a design, engineering and manufacturing firm providing a broad array of equipment and services to the global power infrastructure, energy and process industries.

TOG Manufacturing provides precision machined OEM and aftermarket parts for the steam and natural gas turbine power generation market.

Doncasters Group manufactures engineered components for the aerospace, industrial gas turbine, transportation, petrochemical, turbocharger component, construction, industrial, fastener systems and superalloy markets.

This is the sixth transaction Capstone Partners has completed with Global Power Equipment Group Inc.
