Industry Experience:
Michael is a Managing Director within Capstone Partners’ Healthcare Group.
Prior to its acquisition by Capstone in 2025, Michael was a founding partner of investment bank TM Capital (ca.1989), where he was responsible for some of the firm’s most complex mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions for publicly traded and private client companies.
In addition, Michael is also the former co-head of TM Capital’s Healthcare practice where he led transactions across key healthcare sectors including medical device technology, contract medical device manufacturing, diagnostics, healthcare distribution, veterinary products and services, behavioral health, and outsourced healthcare services.
He has served on the Boards of Directors of numerous public and private companies. An active member of his community, he is currently serving as Chairman of the Bronxville Planning Board, where he guides residents and developers on the village’s land use and the maintenance of community character.
