Vidur is a Managing Director within Capstone Partners’ Industrials and Building Products & Construction Services Groups.
Prior to its acquisition by Capstone in 2025, Vidur spent his entire career at TM Capital where he amassed significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, including sell-side, buy-side and cross-border assignments for leading financial sponsors, public companies and family and founder-owned businesses.
Vidur has gained substantial industry knowledge working with manufacturers, distributors and contractors / installers of building products and materials, including businesses driven by new residential, new nonresidential and repair, remodel and retrofit activity. He has significant experience across both exterior building envelope and interior product categories including glass fabrication, processing & glazing, windows & doors, security products and HVACR.
Vidur serves on the Private Equity / Investment Banking (PE/IB) Committee of the New York Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).
