Capstone Partners advised Sandy Corporation (Sandy), who provides training services to automotive manufacturers, the training services relate to the sales personnel within car dealerships and are aimed at improving their product knowledge, on their sale to GP Strategies Corporations (GP). Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Based out of Michigan, Sandy Corporations is considered a leader in custom product sales training. The acquisition will enhance GP‘s existing service offerings by adding custom product sales training to its offering mix. GP will support the needs of Sandy‘s current customers and intends to support the expansion of Sandy‘s solutions offerings worldwide and offer Sandy‘s unique innovative solutions to existing clients of GP.
