Capstone Partners successfully advised Rockport College and The Maine Photographic Workshops on their recent acquisition by a newly formed non-profit group consisting of former staff and faculty members. Capstone acted as the exclusive investment banking advisor to the principal shareholder of Rockport College and The Maine Photographic Workshops.
This transaction will enable Rockport College and the Maine Photographic Workshops to maintain their artistic integrity and continue as the worldwide leader in photography and film education.
