Capstone Partners has advised Palos LLC, A coal mining property, on their sale to North American Coal Corporation (NA Coal). Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Based out of Westlake, OH Palos LLC is a coal mining company owned by the Ditchman family. On the other hand, NA Coal mines coal and limestone and provide other value-added services, such as maintaining and operating draglines and providing wetland and conservation services.
