Capstone Partners has advised Yowza!!, a mobile coupon platform, on their sale to Spindle Inc. Term of the deal were not disclosed.
Based out of Los Angeles, Yowza is a mobile application that allows consumers to see relevant coupons in their geographic location. The app lets businesses push real-time offers, track results and reach new customers. Spindle hopes to broaden their content, technology, and more services with this acquisition.
