Capstone Partners has advised Gers Retail Systems, a supplier of software solutions for consumer-centric retailing, on their sale to Golden Gate Capital. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Based out of San Diego, Ca Gers Retail System is considered a worldwide leader in information management software, hardware, and service solutions for the retail and direct marketing industries. The company managed the merchandising life cycle, multi-channel selling, planning, business intelligence, and supply chain synchronization to create a great customer experience.
