STERIS is a global leader in infection prevention, contamination control, surgical and critical care technologies with a market value of $3 billion.
STERIS acquired Eschmann for approximately $40 million in cash from Sisk Healthcare, an Ireland-based medical diagnostic and therapeutics equipment company.
