Peirce is a Director within Capstone Partners’ Industrials and Building Products & Construction Services Groups. He is responsible for transaction execution and managing all aspects of the deal process.
Prior to its acquisition by Capstone in 2025, Peirce was a Director at TM Capital where he completed numerous transactions and advisory engagements for leading financial sponsors and family /founder-owned businesses.
Prior to joining TM Capital, Peirce was an Associate at Progress Partners, a Boston-based middle market investment bank. While there, Peirce executed multiple transactions across varied sectors including FinTech, AdTech, and Robotics.
