Ashton is a Director on Capstone Partners’ Sponsor Coverage team, where she is responsible for supporting and growing the firm’s business with private equity firms.
Prior to the acquisition by Capstone in 2025, Ashton served as Vice President at TM Capital, where she played a key role in scaling the firm’s private equity client relationships.
Ashton joined TM from Deloitte Corporate Finance where she led sponsor coverage for the U.S. practice. Inaddition to Sponsor Coverage, Ashton supported the expansion of The Entrepreneur Summit, Deloitte’s MiddleMarket private company conference. Under her leadership, the Entrepreneur Summit grew from three countriesto eleven countries on four continents. Prior to joining Deloitte, Ashton co-founded SunKissed Girl Activewear, asun-protective activewear company.
Currently, Ashton is the Chair of DealMAX 2027 and a member of ACG New York’s Women of Leadership Committee. Ashton was named a 2026 Banker to Watch by ACG. Outside of work, Ashton sits on the American Ballet Theatre’s Junior Council.
