Jerome is a Managing Director within Capstone Partners’ Industrials and Building Products & Construction Services Groups. Jerome has an extensive background specialized in complex domestic and cross-border assignments that combine his M&A, debt financing, and restructuring experience.
Prior to its acquisition by Capstone in 2025, Jerome served as a Managing Director at TM Capital, where he was a member of the firm for nearly 30 years. There, he completed a broad range of multifaceted transactions for numerous private equity, family and entrepreneur-owned private companies and publicly traded companies operating in diverse industries. He has successfully managed sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, debt financings and equity capital raises, restructurings, 363 sales, takeover defenses and fairness opinions and provided a variety of general corporate advisory services.
For nine years Jerome served as a member of the executive committee and board of the New York Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG). He founded and co-chaired the annual ACG New York M&A DealSource event for the past eight years. Jerome is a 2019 winner of the Association for Corporate Growth’s Meritorious Service Award and a 2011 national winner of the M&A Advisor Top 40 Under 40 Award.
