Capstone Partners Receives Five Honors at The M&A Advisor’s Leadership in Dealmaking Summit

Boston, MA – Capstone Partners, a leading middle market investment banking firm, received two transaction awards at The M&A Advisor’s 17^th Annual International M&A Awards for its advisory work on behalf of clients AllAccem and Hanley Energy. In addition, three Capstone professionals were named recipients of the organization’s 17^th Annual Emerging Leaders Awards. The honors were presented during the 2026 Leadership in Dealmaking Summit in New York City on September 15, 2026.

The International M&A Awards recognize notable transactions and deal teams across the global M&A, financing, restructuring, and corporate finance markets.

The transaction awards recognized Capstone’s advisory work on behalf of AllAccem and Hanley Energy:

• Cross Border Deal of the Year: AllAccem’s sale to Vimian Group AB.

Capstone advised AllAccem, a leading provider of veterinary dental sealant products, on its sale to Vimian Group AB, a publicly traded Swedish company focused on animal health.

• M&A Deal of the Year ($500m – $1b): Hanley Energy’s sale to Jabil Inc.

Capstone Partners advised Hanley Energy Group, a global provider of differentiated energy management and critical power solutions, on its sale to Jabil Inc. (NYSE: JBL). The transaction added Hanley Energy’s extensive experience in power systems and energy optimization, including low- and medium-voltage switchgear, PDUs, monitoring & control systems and related services, to Jabil’s existing power management solutions for data centers.
