Bradford Adams

Brad is a Managing Director within Capstone Partners’ Business Services Group. He has more than 30 years of experience advising clients on complex M&A transactions and public and private equity financings, with deep experience serving global technology companies.​

​Prior to its acquisition by Capstone in 2025, Brad was a Managing Director at TM Capital, where he led the firm’s Technology and Technology‑enabled Services efforts within the Business Services practice. Brad was also a Managing Director and co‑founder of Boston Corporate Finance – a boutique investment bank focused on M&A, capital raising, and advisory services for technology companies worldwide – which was acquired by TM Capital in2008.​

​Brad has extensive international experience and served as the Co-Head of Oaklins’ TMT Group, as well as a former member of Oaklins’ Executive Committee. For ten years he served as Chairman of the Fall Technology Conference for the Association for Corporate Growth and was formerly on the ACG Boston and Global Board of Directors.
