Paul is a Managing Director within Capstone Partners’ Industrials and Building Products & Construction Services Groups. With over 40 years of experience in the investment banking industry, Paul has developed deep knowledge across a variety of sectors.
Prior to its acquisition by Capstone in 2025, Paul was a founding partner of TM Capital in 1989. Since then, he led TM’s execution of many complex transactions, including strategic acquisitions, exclusive sales and divestitures, financings, restructurings and fairness opinions.
Previously, Paul served as a Vice President in the mergers & acquisitions practice of Thomson McKinnon Securities Inc., where he completed a broad range of merger, acquisition and financing assignments. Prior to joining Thomson McKinnon, he was a Senior Accountant at Deloitte & Touche.
Paul is active in philanthropic endeavors and has led capital campaigns for the Woodbury Jewish Center where he previously served as President and as a Board member for over ten years. He currently serves as a member of the Mid-Island Y Finance Committee in Plainview, NY.
