DENVER, CO – Headwaters advised California-based WebMetro on its sale to TeleTech Holdings, Inc. “Search is the number one place for consumers when considering a purchase. However, brands continue to be challenged by converting that interest into closed sales. With the addition of WebMetro to Revana we can now provide clients with an end-to-end capability that tightly integrates sales and marketing across all digital platforms including web and mobile,” said Judi Hand, Revana president and general manager, “By integrating WebMetro’s proprietary technology platform into our digital sales and marketing platform Revana becomes a differentiated source for driving revenue growth.”
“We are excited to be a part of the TeleTech family, specifically Revana’s revenue generation and customer growth services,” said Carlos Ugalde, founder and CEO of WebMetro. “This allows WebMetro to bring our proven capabilities and suite of best-in-class technology to an even wider group of customers.” He added, “Headwaters’ industry knowledge, persistence and advocacy through this process enabled us to make the correct strategic move.”
Revana provides the Global 1000 with a technology-enabled services solution for customer acquisition, retention and growth. WebMetro will become a key part of the customer acquisition offering with its scalable technology and data-driven approach to identifying and qualifying new prospects as they begin the consideration phase of the purchase cycle. “Whether it is Business to Business or Business to Consumer, our clients need a continual source of qualified new prospects. By adding the online performance marketing component to our integrated solution, we will be able to deliver a more predictable and effective way to generate revenue,” Hand explained.
