Capstone Partners Advised WebMetro on its Acquisition by TeleTech Holdings, Inc.
DENVER, CO – Capstone Partners advised California-based WebMetro on its sale to TeleTech Holdings, Inc. WebMetro, one of the 25 largest U.S search marketing agencies according to the Advertising Age 2013 Agency Report, offers digital performance marketing services. WebMetro will become a key part of TeleTech’s Customer Growth Services division, Revana. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
