Challenge: USPG was experiencing rapid growth and desired to file an S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission in the hopes of going public. The company did not have the financial and accounting experience to meet the stringent requirements imposed by the SEC.
Solution: Hired a team of financial advisors to act as interim accounting and finance professionals, including CFO and CAO.
Results: Developed reporting and control requirements to meet the needs of a public company. Successfully completed the S-1 filing with the SEC and hired replacements for the team prior to the end of the engagement.
