Capstone Partners has advised The Resource Group, an investment holding company specializing in the business process outsourcing sector, on their acquisition by Derby Industries. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquisition was put in place so Derby Industries could provide customer diversification into the food and aftermarket truck parts industries.
