Capstone Partners has advised ProLogic Incorporated (ProLogic), a provider of information technology solutions and offers cyber security, sensor collection planning, cloud computing, content management, social media privacy products, and custom solutions development services, on their sale to Ultra Electronics. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Based out of Manassas, VA ProLogic provides specialized products and solutions for mission-critical enterprise IT, tactical data communication systems and intelligence processing infrastructures, as well as independent IT consulting services to US government customers. Ultra Electronics hopes to use this acquisition to strengthen current relationships and bring in new customers.
