Capstone Partners, a leading middle market investment banking firm, advised Newterra Group Ltd. (Newterra), a global modular water treatment company, on its sale to Frontenac Company (Frontenac).
Newterra is a leading provider of modular treatment solutions for water, wastewater, and groundwater applications.
