Capstone Partners has advised Dankoff, who manufactures and distributes solar power water pumps and distributes entire solar power systems, on their sale to Conergy. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Based out of Santa Fe, New Mexico Dankoff is one of the leading solar equipment distributors in North America. Conergy is based out of Germany and with this acquisition they can get into the North America market which is the largest solar market after Germany and Japan.
