Boston, MA – Capstone Partners announced today that it advised CP-Carrillo, LLC, a leading manufacturer of critical engine components serving the automotive and aerospace industries, on its sale to Pankl Racing Systems AG.
Utilizing proprietary technology and engineering know-how, CP-Carrillo designs and manufactures high-end pistons and connecting rods, allowing its blue chip OEM customers to streamline component procurement and significantly improve engine performance.
