Capstone Partners Advised Superclick on its Sale to AT&T

Capstone Partners Advised Superclick, Inc., a technology leader in IP infrastructure management and converged network design solutions, on its sale to AT&T.

Superclick Networks is a Montreal-based developer of software that handles WiFi registration and manages wireless LAN data. Superclick’s Internet Management System (SIMS) is a Linux-based gateway product that provides real-time reporting, monitoring, analytics and management of an IT network environment, as well as individual customer billing for hotel-based wireless LAN networks. Since being co-founded by Sandro Natale in 2001 SIMS has been installed in a number of the largest hotel chains, including the Fairmont, Marriott and Four Seasons.
