Capstone Partners, advised Defense Group Inc. (DGI or the Company), a leading data analytics and cyber solutions firm that services the U.S. intelligence and national security community, on its sale to SOS International LLC (SOSi).
DGI is SOSi’s second acquisition in the intelligence market, following New World Solutions in 2016. It expands SOSi’s customer base and adds new technical capabilities in cyber intelligence.
