Capstone Partners has advised Trinity Expert Systems, a Midlands IT consultancy, on its acquisition of Eurodata. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Based out of the United Kingdom, Trinity Expert Systems provides cloud products and services through its desktop-as-a-service and infrastructure-as-a-service. The company provides cloud-based software for utilities, financial services, government, health, telecommunications and commercial business markets. Eurodata stated that the two firms fit well together and benefited both organizations.
