Scott Alvarez

Scott is a Director within Capstone Partners’ Business Services Investment Banking Group, where he focuses primarily on facility and site services. He has over 10 years of experience advising clients on transactions involving mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, capital raises, and other advisory engagements. ​

To date, Scott has advised on more than $2 billion of cumulative transaction value across a variety of industries including commercial building services, specialty rental, waste & environmental services, and other industrial services. ​

Prior to joining Capstone, Scott was a senior analyst at Eide Bailly, a national accounting firm. During his tenure at Eide Bailly, he worked on a variety of transaction advisory engagements including valuations, QOE due diligence, ESOPs, and sell-side M&A transactions.
