Max is a Vice President within Capstone Partners’ Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) Group, specializing in M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory engagements. With a decade of experience spanning investment banking and venture capital, Max has executed a broad range of M&A and capital markets transactions across the technology industry, advising entrepreneurs, private equity firms, and corporate clients on complex strategic and financial transactions.
Max leads day-to-day transaction execution, overseeing valuation analysis, marketing strategy, investor and buyer engagement, due diligence, and negotiations. His experience spans a diverse range of technology subsectors, enabling him to provide clients with strategic insight and effective execution throughout the deal process.
Prior to joining Capstone, Max held positions at Progress Partners, General Catalyst, and State Street.
