Brad is a Managing Director within Capstone’s Aerospace, Defense, Government & Security Group and has over 20 years of experience in the industry.
For over a decade, he has advised founder-owned businesses, financial sponsors, and public companies on complex M&A, financing, and strategic advisory engagements across the industry, with a particular focus on the Commercial Aerospace sector.
Prior to joining Capstone, Brad specialized in Aerospace & Defense at Lincoln International, leading and executing M&A transactions involving precision machining and manufacturing, advanced materials, and aftermarket businesses.
Brad started his investment banking career in the Global Industrials Group at Credit Suisse, where he advised multinational corporations and financial sponsors across diversified industrials and aerospace & defense sectors. Earlier in his career, he gained experience as a computer engineer for the U.S. Army at the Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC).
