Riley Slusarski

Riley is a Vice President in Capstone Partners’ Corporate Investment Banking practice. He has more than five years of professional experience advising middle market companies on mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, and strategic alternatives across a broad range of industries, with a particular focus on Business Services and Industrials.

Prior to Capstone, Riley was an Investment Banking Associate at Janney Montgomery Scott, where he executed M&A and capital markets transactions, led financial modeling and valuation analyses, and supported senior bankers in advising corporate and financial sponsor clients.

Earlier in his career, Riley served in investment banking roles at B. Riley Securities, where he advised clients primarily on capital raising transactions, and began his career in sales and relationship management in the Market Intelligence division of S&P Global.
