Industry Experience:
Joe is a Vice President within Capstone Partners’ Industrials Group. He is responsible for overseeing end‑to‑end transaction execution and managing all aspects of the deal process.
Prior to its acquisition by Capstone in 2025, Joe served as a Vice President at TM Capital, where he completed numerous sell-side and financing engagements across a range of sub-verticals within the industrial sector, including industrial services, equipment rental & dealer, specialty rental, manufacturing, industrial technology and specialty distribution. He has advised a number of leading financial sponsors and family / founder-owned businesses.
Prior to TM Capital, Joe was an Analyst at a regional, Boston-based investment banking boutique where he was responsible for supporting sell-side M&A engagements across a diverse range of industries.
