Capstone Partners has advised Core Technology Systems (Core), who provides information technology (IT) consultancy, development, and on-going managed services support for Microsoft products, on their acquisition of Parative. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Based out of London, Core Technology Systems also provides a range of professional services, including project management, design, deployment, training, and support; and cloud, virtual SharePoint, SharePoint training, IT managed and support, and software assurance services. In addition, it offers portals and collaboration, business intelligence, enterprise search, workflow and business process management, case management solutions, IT infrastructure migrations for medium, and enterprise sized companies. With the acquisition Core further broadens their Microsoft service offering from their Cloud department, strengthening it’s position as one of the UKs leading practices for Office 365 consultancy, migration and support.
