(NASDAQ: OPNT), a leading provider of management software for networks and applications, on its recent acquisition of Altaworks Corporation, a provider of application performance solutions based in Nashua, New Hampshire. As a result of this transaction, Altaworks becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of OPNET. Capstone Partners served as the exclusive financial advisor to OPNET on this transaction.
