Capstone Partners has advised ASL Vision (ASL), a provider of specialized monitoring equipment, on their sale to Continental. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Based out of Lewes, UK ASL offers design and development works for various domains such as technologies, vision systems, automotive, medical product design, consumer electronics, industrial, security and safety and process accreditations. One of the factors that drove the acquisition was ASL’s surround view system in hopes to bring it forward with free-space and object recognition, as well as reading curb edges for highly precise parking.
