Capstone Partners has advised Saisystems Health on a Majority Recapitalization with Serent Partners

Capstone Partners advised Saisystems—a provider of end-to-end revenue cycle management and electronic health record solutions—on its partnership with Serent Capital. The transaction closed in December of 2025, and terms of the deal were not disclosed.
