Capstone Partners has advised Mobilized Systems Inc. who designs, manufactures, and tests highly specialized trailers, shelters, and environmental control systems for the defense industry, on its sale to Engineered Support Systems, Inc. (ESSI). Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquisition was for the critical role in providing environmentally-controlled, enclosures for personnel as well as sensitive military electronics, communications and simulation/training systems. MSI is also recognized by major defense contractors as one of their top providers and with their strong engineering talents they plan on continuing this with Engineered Support Systems, Inc.
