Capstone Partners Advises Saman, Inc. on it’s Partnership with Branford Castle

Boston, MA – Capstone Partners LLC, a leading national investment banking firm, announced that it has successfully advised Saman, Inc. on its partnership with Branford Castle, Inc. Saman, doing business as American Condenser and American Coil, manufactures and distributes aftermarket heat exchange equipment, including automotive air conditioning condensers and commercial and industrial coils.

Headquartered in Gardena, California, American Condenser offers industry-leading fill rates on the largest and most extensive line of automotive condensers, covering 40,000 applications of new as well as older, hard-to-find condensers. American Coil, which operates from a separate manufacturing facility in Gardena, custom-manufactures coils used in the HVAC, refrigeration, laundry/dry-cleaning and general industrial markets.
