Capstone Partners has advised Northdoor, a leading IT consultancy, on their acquisition of Linksfield Technologies. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Northdoor provides integrated information technology solutions. Its services encompass consultancy, application development, enterprise infrastructure and IT support and managed services. The acquisition adds a number of Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, such as Financial Sanctions Register (FSR) Checker, Key Facts Illustration and Document Vault, to Northdoor’s service portfolio.
