Capstone Partners has advised Nationwide Appraisal Services (NAS), who provides a full suite of appraisal and title services to clients throughout the United States by utilizing a network of independent fee contract appraisers, abstractors, attorneys, and title and closing agents, on their sale to Capital Title. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
In buying Nationwide Appraisal, which operated in all 50 states, Capital Title grew from a regional operation based in Scottsdale, AZ to a national provider of title and related services. Capital Title is a title agency, title insurance underwriter and provider of real estate-related services and plans to bring their services to more customers with this acquisition.
