Capstone Partners has advised Media Source Incorporated (Media Source), a provider of book publishing services, on their sale to The Riverside Company. The terms of this deal were not disclosed.
Based out of Plain City, OH Media Source provides content, information and expert advice to the library market, serving K-12, public and academic librarians, publishers and suppliers, enabling lifelong reading and learning. Its main business line, Junior Library Guild, provides book subscriptions to libraries. Its other businesses include a catalog-based book order service and a publishing house.
