Heald College is one of the most well established providers of post-secondary educational programs in the Western United States. The transaction, terms of which will remain confidential, involved new management members, growth capital and the conversion of Heald from a nonprofit institution with the approval of regulatory and governmental authorities. Capstone served as the exclusive investment banking advisor to Heald College during the transaction process.
