Capstone Partners announced that it served as the exclusive financial adviser to Express Point Technology Services (ExpressPoint) on its growth investment from U.S. Bancorp. ExpressPoint is a point of purchase machine and ATM service provider. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Based out of Hopkins, MN provides high quality multi-vendor depot repair and supply chain services at the lowest total cost. Some of their services include large OEMs, field service providers, and 3PLs that support distributed IT and data center customers.
