Capstone Partners has advised C&M Fine Pack (C&M), who does food packaging for foodservice, food processors and retail food, on their sale to Mid Oaks Investments. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Based out of Lake Zurich, IL C&M is comprised of three business units CM Packaging, Stone Plastics and Packaging Direct Inc. The packaging group manufactures rigid plastic containers and aluminum containers serving the restaurant, grocery, bakery, produce and food processor markets.
