Capstone Partners has advised Cascade Drilling Inc, an environmental, geotech and construction drilling service, on their sale to Environmental Capital Partners. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Based out of Bothell, Washington the company provides environmental drilling services for water and soil assessment, monitoring, and remediation purposes on the West Coast. Environment Capital Partners invests in middle-market companies in the environmental industry providing goods and services to prevent, limit, or correct environmental damage.
