Capstone Partners advised Windjammer Capital Investors on its acquisition of JWC Environmental, a manufacturer of over 200 highly engineered variations of grinders, screens and processing systems for the wastewater treatment industry, including the Muffin Monster sewage grinder. The transaction closed on August 3, 2011. The terms were undisclosed.
